Klatreren Kristin Harila overrasket verden i 2023 da hun, sammen med klatrepartneren Tenjen Lama Sherpa, besteg verdens 14 høyeste fjell på bare 92 dager. Sammen oppnådde de det mange mente var umulig og halverte den tidligere rekorden. Men det som skulle bli en historisk triumf, ble raskt overskygget av kontroverser. En hendelse på K2 skapte sterke reaksjoner verden over og utløste en internasjonal debatt. Gjennom dramatiske opptak som aldri tidligere er vist, forsøker dokumentarfilmen å belyse hva som faktisk skjedde.
